Justin Norcoss
My Story
Justin Norcross grew up in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, enjoying playing soccer and participating in the Boy Scouts of America, eventually becoming an Eagle Scout. After high school, Justin went to Grand Valley State University, obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing in 2007. While attending college, Justin worked for his father at L Squared Insurance Agency where he would develop his skills in sales and marketing and the drive to succeed in business.
Justin then made the decision to attend Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he furthered his knowledge and skills to assist others in the future. During his time in law school he took classes in business law and mediation graduating with his Juris Doctorate in 2014. Justin is now a member of the State Bar of Michigan and admitted to practice in the Western District of Michigan United States District Court.
Justin is currently President at L Squared Insurance Agency, the premier independent lawyers malpractice insurance agency in the country, insuring over 4000 small firms nationwide.
Given Justin’s very community-oriented mentality and with to give back to the community he sought more opportunities. He found this opportunity through volunteering his time through the State Bar of Michigan’s Pro Bono program and passing on his knowledge regarding the law and business becoming a member of both the boards of the Grand Rapids Bar Young Lawyer Section and the State Bar of Michigan Young Lawyer Section.
